Daeneron is seeking Motion GEOINT Analysts to support mission-critical GEOINT operations in a high-tempo environment. This role involves full-motion video (FMV) exploitation, Motion GEOINT analysis, real-time operational support, and the production of imagery intelligence products supporting national security missions.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of delivering accurate intelligence under time-sensitive operational conditions.

Core Responsibilities

• ‍• Conduct real-time Motion GEOINT and FMV exploitation in an operational environment

  • Analyze targets and activity using Motion GEOINT and multiple intelligence sources

  • Exploit and analyze various imagery types, including IR, SAR, LiDAR, multispectral, and hyperspectral data

  • Produce imagery analysis products, reports, briefings, graphics, and mission-specific deliverables

  • Archive and disseminate products in accordance with mission requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance

• Completion of formal full-time intelligence training/schoolhouse

• Ability to type at least 32 WPM at 90% accuracy without looking at the keyboard

• Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment

• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking abilities

Experience Levels

Junior:‍ ‍

• 3 years of full-time, post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience
  ‍ ‍OR

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Mid-Level:‍ ‍

• 5 years of full-time, post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience, including 3 years of GEOINT analysis experience
  ‍ ‍OR

• 3 years of GEOINT analysis experience and an associate degree in a related field

Senior:

• 10 years of full-time, post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience, including 7 years of GEOINT analysis experience
  ‍ ‍OR

• 7 years of full-time, post-schoolhouse GEOINT analysis experience and a related degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Motion GEOINT or FMV exploitation experience

• Experience supporting operational ISR or intelligence missions

• Military intelligence background (All Source, GEOINT/IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, ISR, etc.)

• Experience operating in high-tempo mission environments
