The Opportunity

Daeneron is seeking a cleared Data Scientist to support an immediate mission requirement in Stuttgart, Germany. The successful candidate will transform complex data into trusted, decision-ready insights through rigorous data preparation, quality assurance, visualization, and applied analytics. Candidates who can begin the clearance and onboarding process immediately are strongly encouraged to apply.

Reasonable relocation expenses can be expected. Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) and Cost-of-Living Allowance (COLA) will be available, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Additional employment details will be discussed with qualified candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Clean, organize, and prepare data for analysis and visualization.

• Conduct basic analysis and translate results into clear, mission-relevant products.

• Preprocess and integrate data from multiple sources.

• Perform routine data quality checks, quality assurance, and issue resolution.

• Design and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools.

• Create complex data visualizations that communicate patterns, trends, and findings.

• Apply statistical, machine-learning, and AI methods to analyze unstructured data.

• Use Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) tools and tradecraft to support analytic workflows.

Required Clearance

• Active Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility.

• Eligibility and willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.

Required Education & Experience

Candidates must meet one of the following qualification paths:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Science, or another field related to the labor category from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and

Seven years of experience providing data science support, with a portion of that experience gained within the past two years; or

Eleven years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Technical Skills

• Python development and automated analytic methodologies.

• Hypothesis testing and statistical analysis.

• Statistical and machine-learning techniques, including model training solutions.

• Clear communication of analytic methods, findings, limitations, and recommendations using appropriate tradecraft techniques.

• ABI tools, methodologies, and tradecraft.

• Dashboard development and data visualization with Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Intelligence Community experience.
